Tasting Note: A substantial red blend from the South of France that delivers concentrated, voluptuous ripe black fruit.

Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of black plum, violet, black cherry, hibiscus and black raspberry.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied red blend echoes black-fruit flavors suggested on the nose.

There is flavor concentration, ripe-medium tannin and medium acidity.

There is balance between the fruit and tannin character and a softness in mouthfeel.

Delicious!

Bottle Note: The complexity of Bila-Haut reflects the diverse terroirs and wind of the Midi. By meticulously hand-harvesting the best grapes from the best vineyards of the Roussillon, a well-known Rhone producer has transformed his magic to the Languedoc and created a wine with finesse. This wine is fleshy, well-structured with aromas of black cherry and the warm and save of soils of the Roussillon area.
