Tasting Note: A chenin blanc done in an indigenous-yeast-ferment style that yields depth of flavor.

Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic, pronounced-intensity nose overripe honeysuckle, quince, ripe-green-apple blossom and white nectarine.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied chenin blanc has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity.

There is subtle midpalate complexity, balance and a limestone character in the midpalate reminiscent an apple slice dusted in chalk.

Bottle Note: James Millton, Artisan Winegrower.
