Lemon in color, this wine has a nose of yeast, burnt toast and muted green fruit.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied champagne delivers flavors suggested on the nose along with more yeast and toast flavors.

Bubbles are tight and small.

This champagne used to be called “White Star,” but is now branded as “Impérial.”
