Tasting Note: A reserva cava with reserved fruit and elegance.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a nose of green apple, blossom, lemon citrus, rubber, caramel and brioche.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied cava is creamy with a frothy, tight-bubble-filled mousse underpinned by medium-plus acidity.

There is midpalate complexity and flavor intensity that completes with a citrus-and-caramel-infused finish.

A solid cava.
