Pasqua, Mai Dire Mai Valpolicella Superiore DOC 2015, Veneto, Italy

Tasting Note: A Valpolicella that is every bit as reserved and understatedly powerful as some of the best red wines that wine lovers adore so much.

Medium-intensity ruby in color with some garnet around the edges, this wine has an aromatic medium-plus-intensity nose of dried cherry, red plum, pencil shavings and bramble with hints of rosehip.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Valpolicella has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and supple, medium tannin and completing with a medium-plus finish.

The wine is complex with a silky mouth feel.
