Tasting Note: A basic muscadet that hits all the varietally-correct notes characteristic of this Loire white.

Pale-intensity lemon-green in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of green apple, crushed sea shell, green pear and lemon-citrus peel.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied muscadet has medium-intensity, green-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium finish.

While known to pair well with seafood, it also pairs deliciously with white-meat tacos (e.g., chicken or carnitas).

Bottle Note: This fresh and lively wine is made exclusively from the Melon de Bourgogne grape. A pale yellow robe, floral and fruity aromas are the main characteristics of this dry wine. To serve chilled with oysters, seafood, fishes and white meats.
