Tasting Note: An elegant, complex chardonnay with the lightest hint of oak that plays in the background as a supportive rather than lead partner.

Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of golden apple, brioche and vanilla baking spice.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied chardonnay has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity ultimately completing with a long finish.

The wine has a complex midpalate and slightly-creamy mouthfeel.

Bottle Note: My wife Lynette often states “He woo’d me with the chardonnay.” The complete story of a Canadian gal from the Prairie, living in Hong Kong and falling for a vineyard owner in Oregon takes more room than a tiny back label. Suffice it to say, our estate grown, Dijon Clone, extended puncheon fermented and aged wine holds enough charm to mask defects in its proprietor. We hope its placement on your table also brings people together in pleasure and happiness. Cheers! 308 Cases produced. 100% Estate Chardonnay. Robert A. Murus (Bob).
