Tasting Note: A doughy, gentle Fino Sherry with some hints of limestone.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of bread dough, slightly-roasted-and-crushed almond and toast.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied Fino Sherry has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a soft medium finish.

The wine is complexity without being ostentatious.

A gentle dinner partner with pleasing, yeasty elements.
