Deep-intensity gold in color, this sparkling cider has a nose of quince, golden-delicious apple, blossom, brioche and hints of caramel.
On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied cider is filled with tart, green-fruit flavors suggested on the nose along with a lemon-citrus-infused, medium finish.
The wine is medium in acidity with an enjoyable, straight-forward profile.
