Rainera Perez Marin, La Guita Manzanilla, Sanlucar de Barrameda, Spain
Tasting Note: A bright, mineral-driven Manzanilla with all the classic elements of the wine in balance.
Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of bread dough, almond, walnut, toast, hay and yogurt.
On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Manzanilla has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose, supported by medium acidity and ultimately completing with a yeasty, medium-plus finish.
Complex oxidative notes permeate throughout the length of the taste.
The perfect opener to pair with appetizers or a meal.
Bottle Note: Made under the influence of the Atlantic Sea and the Guadalquivir River, and aged under “flor” using the “criaderas and solera” system.
