Rapariga Da Quinta, Reserva Tinto 2017, Vinho Regional Alentejano, Portugal
Tasting Note: An Alentejano red blend led with Alicante Bouschet that gives way to rich black fruit.
Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of blueberry, black plum, red currant, black cherry, black olive and blackberry.
On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied red blend has medium-plus-intensity, black-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by, slightly-grippy, medium-plus-tannin ultimately completing with a medium finish.
There is complexity in the midpalate and a vibrancy that runs throughout the length of the taste.
A solid red blend.
