Lemon in color, the wine is filled with brioche, braised golden apple, dried white flower blossom and toast.

On the palate the wine is supple with fresh green apple and pear dancing with baby’s breath supported by a reserved yet pulsating acidity.

The wine is light in body and benefits from development in the bottle.

Bottle Note: This Cava is a blend of Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada grapes using organic farming practices. This reflects Roger Goulart’s commitment to respect nature and the environment. This label is made with paper produced from 100% recycled fiber.
