Tasting Note: Medium-intensity ruby in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of red currant, red plum, strawberry, blossom and red cherry.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied red blend has just-ripened, medium-intensity fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and medium tannin.

The wine is balanced with some tart-fruit notes in the midpalate ultimately completing with a red-cherry-infused, medium finish.

Serve chilled to enhance acidity and fruit.

Bottle Note: 65% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre. Complex nose of red fruit with subtle mocha aromas. Full bodied with a hint of liquorice, long finish. Pairs beautifully with red meats and aged cheeses.
