Santa Ana Torrontés 2014 – A Dependable Refresher

Santa Ana, Torrontés 2014, Mendoza, Argentina

Tasting Note: A delicious expression of torrontés.

With a ripe nose that smells of peach fuzz, this torrontés is highly aromatic with floral and perfume notes. The aromas on the nose carry to the palate.

The wine is light in acid and feels round in your mouth similar to the mouth feel of an oaked chardonnay. Light-bodied and lemon-colored this wine is a dependable refresher on a summer’s day or July 4th weekend as I’m enjoying presently.

Bottle Note: Our symbol stands protected by the Andes Mountains, symbolizing our past and the gateway to our world of varietal wines. Torrontés: White flowers and rose aromas. Crisp and well balanced. Ideal with fish, seafood and salads.
