Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of honeysuckle, lemon citrus, green apple, white pepper and elderflower.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied grüner veltliner is smooth in mouthfeel with a citrus-infused, medium finish.

The wine is medium-plus in acidity with understated white pepper running throughout the length of the taste.

The wine is balanced and pleasing to drink and would pair well with spicy food.
