Tasting Note: You’ve likely never had a sparkling albariño, and neither have I until today.

This a fun sparkling wine with lots of pleasing flavor concentration.

Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has small-to-medium-sized bubbles with an aromatic nose of caramel, green apple, brioche, blossom, biscuit, pineapple and lemon citrus.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied sparkling wine delivers fruit and yeast flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity completing with a brioche-and-citrus-filled, medium-plus finish.

There is flavor concentration along the midpalate with the wine generally offering a slightly-more flavorsome version of an albariño still wine.
