Tasting Note: A Chablis that presents a riper chardonnay style than you’d normally expect from this cool-climate region.

Medium-intensity lemon in color this wine has a nose of ripe green apple, quince, white blossom, pineapple and lemon citrus.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied Chablis is filled with tart green apple fruit and medium-plus acidity with hints of lemon.

This chardonnay is creamy in texture with good fruit and acid balance and some chalk on a medium finish.

I’d pick this one up again.
