Tasting Note: I found this unlabeled wine in my basement from one of my favorite producers.

Who says medium-intensity cabernet can’t be fun.

Medium-intensity ruby in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of red plum, strawberry, red cherry, toasted cedar and kirsch.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied cabernet is soft and creamy in texture with ripe, medium tannin and flavors suggested on the nose.

The wine is medium in acidity with mellowed out mouth feel.

A cabernet sauvignon that shows the benefit of age.
