Tabali, Talinay Sauvignon Blanc 2021, Lamari Valley, Chile
Tasting Note: A bright sauvignon blanc with some light, attractive herbal notes.
Pale-intensity lemon-green in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of green apples, hay, lemon zest and blossom.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sauvignon blanc has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with lemon-citrus-infused, medium finish.
The wine is straightforward and lifted by the herbal notes.
Non-ostentatiously good.
