Tasting Note: An Oregon cabernet franc that dips its toes in Loire midpalate expressiveness.

Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of crushed-dried violet blossom, black plum, pencil shavings, black raspberry, black olive and macerated red cherry.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied cabernet franc has medium-intensity, red-and-black fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and ripe, medium tannin.

The wine is plush on the palate and completes with a black-fruit-infused, medium-plus finish.
