Tasting Note: A lively, bone-dry Jura crémant that would make an ideal aperitif.

Pale-intensity lemon in color with small tight bubbles, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of brioche, green pear, quince and toast with hints of caramelized blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied crémant has medium-intensity, green-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a pear-infused, medium finish.

The wine is mostly straightforward and good in its dimension.

A good summer porch sipper.
