Tasting Note: Trinity Hill’s top-of-the-line red wine.

Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of bramble, blackberry, black plum and wildflower.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied syrah is supple and elegant with ripe, medium-plus tannin and a streak of slightly-tart fruit running throughout the length of the taste.

Aged in first-use French oak, the wine displays restraint and complexity.
