Tasting Note: An elegant, white-Burgundy-inspired white wine.

Medium-intensity gold in color, this wine has a nose of vanilla baking spice and green apple.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied chardonnay has medium-to-full intensity oak flavors along with clove and vanilla notes.

There is balance with regards to fruit and medium acidity.

There is also flavor concentration and mid-palate complexity in this wine which was aged in 33% new French oak.

Bottle Note: Established vines. Decomposed granite set in deep clay soils. Vines tended by hand. Wild ferment in barrel. The White Lady is our purest expression of chardonnay. 63 barrels.
