Waters Interlude 2015 – Couples Reservedness & Red-and-Black Fruit Integration

Waters, Interlude 2015, Washington, Wine Casual

Waters, Interlude 2015, Washington

Tasting Note: A silky red blend that couples reservedness and red-and-black fruit integration.

Medium-intensity ruby in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of red plum, black cherry and violet blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied red blend is supported by medium acidity and ripe, medium tannin.

The wine is balanced with midpalate complexity and plushness.

Would work well paired with many a meal including fish, poultry and red meat.

Would especially work well slightly chilled and served during summer.

Bottle Note: Interlude – The restrained section or break of a composition. Our most popular wine. The art (and maybe the fun) is in taking these multiple “personalities” and making a recognizable and consistently seamless blend . . . enjoy. Jamie Brown.
