Deep purple-to-ruby in color this aromatic wine has an intensely floral nose of wild-summer-violet, elderflower and raspberry compote.

The aromatics entice with an alluring perfume that will make you slow down, ruminate and linger; when did you last have something this exciting?

There is an attractive, primal and indigenously-wild character about this wine that delights.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus bodied cabernet franc displays a silky texture, with feather-light tannin that accentuates ripe, concentrated raspberry bolstered by a handful of black plum for good measure.

Medium acidity contributes to the cabernet franc’s brightness and elevates its enveloping spring-meadow floral attributes.

This wine was fermented in a concrete egg fermenter.

Outstanding!
