Tasting Note: A bright, easy-going rosé sparkler that tickles your palate.

Medium-intensity salmon in color this wine has a nose of strawberry and red cherry with a lemon-citrus back.

The dry, medium-bodied sparkling wine has a creamy texture and high acidity.

There is balance between the fruit and acid structure.

Bottle Note: From the founders of the Methode Cap Classique in South Africa comes this unique brut rosé produced in limited quantities. Created by the expert blending of three classic pinot varieties – 63% pinot noir, 35% pinotage and 2% pinot meunier. Evoking aromas of rose petals and fresh red berries, the full, rounded flavor is complimented by a rich creamy mousse and exquisite finesse on the finish. A rosé crafted with passion to elevate any occasion.
