Tasting Note: A GSM blend you could open and share with mixed company, and it would easily satisfy both the wine connoisseur and wine amateur at your table.

Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has an aromatic, floral, medium-plus-intensity nose of black plum, young-violet-blossom petal, raspberry, strawberry and red cherry with hints of bramble.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied GSM blend has a silky texture with medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and smooth, medium tannin that melts on the back of your tongue.

Bottle Note: McLaren Vale’s Mediterranean climate and soils provide the ideal environment for growing our grenache, shiraz, and mourvedre grapes. The three varietals are fermented separately then lovingly blended. The result is a seductive balance of bright berry fruits, lifted perfume and brooding spice with soft silky and juicy tannins.
