Tasting Note: A GSM with elegant tannin integration paired with just-ripened fruit and a dose of winemaking restraint.

Deep-intensity ruby in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of crushed red cherry, red plum, violet, raspberry, blackberry and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied GSM blend had medium intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by ripe, supple, medium tannin.

There is midpalate complexity running through the length of the taste.

Shows the ageability of Australian GSM blends.

Bottle Note: Within our vineyards are special sites that year on year produce grapes of exquisite quality and character. This fruit has been crafted by our winemakers into this limited-edition range as a showcase of variety and style.
