Tasting Note: A semillon that proves the grape varietal’s ability to transform into something special with age.

Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of freshly-baked brioche, quince, pear compote, crushed almond, green-apple blossom and communion wafer.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied semillon has bright, medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by high acidity and completing with a long, tart, green-fruit finish.

The wine persists long after the taste and will make you smile.

This semillon has a creamy, yet chalky texture in midpalate.

Varietal typicity galore.
