Tasting Note: A pinot gris from Alsace with beautiful ripe fruit and concentration that presents the grape in its signature form.

Medium-intensity gold in color, this wine has an aromatic, pronounced-intensity nose of ripe golden apple, pear, pineapple, lime-citrus, white peach, orange zest and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied pinot gris, has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a long, orchard-fruit-filled finish.

Complex fruit notes abound along the entire length of the taste.

A definite pickup for pinot gris aficionados like me.
