Bouza Viñedos & Bodega, Albariño 2024, Uruguay
Tasting Note: This spritely white wine has a zesty, earthy quality and flattering acidity.
Pale-lemon in color, the wine has a nose of chalk-dusted lemon, freshly-sliced green apple, green pear and baby’s breath.
The palate is tart and lively with wet-stone and crushed shell rallying towards the clean finish.
Pair with oysters, seafood, and fried chicken sandwiches.
