Giro Ribot, Paul Cheneau Brut Rosé Cava, Catalonia, Spain
Tasting Note: This rosé cava is supple and delicate.
Salmon in color, the wine has a complex nose of red cherry, brioche, candied red apple and cranberry tart.
The palate is soft, sensual and gentle with bruised red raspberry and strawberry shortcake resting under a comfortable acidity that provides just enough oomph to keep the wine fresh and bright to the finish.
It can be enjoyed on it own as it is reason alone to savor.
Bottle Note: Cava Paul Cheneau is produced since 1976, following the expertise of its origin. It is a fresh, well balanced and rich sparkling wine. Enjoy with everyday celebrations and especially grand occasions!
