Cesarini Sforza, Metodo Classico Brut Trentodoc, Trentino, Italy

Tasting Note: A traditional-method, fruit-forward, Trentodoc brut.

Pale-intensity lemon in color with small, tight bubbles, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of green apple, pear, blossom and lemon citrus.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sparkling brut has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a lemon-citrus-infused, medium finish. The wine is straightforward and steely in texture.

A lighter-style sparkling wine to pair with seafood, poultry and a light meal.

Bottle Note: Produced only with the best chardonnay grapes cultivated at the foothills of the Dolomites this Trentodoc sparkling wine follows the Champenoise Method with second fermentation in the bottle and a long permanence on the yeast.
