Tasting Note: With this chenin blanc, you understand what there is to love about this unappreciated, Loire Valley grape varietal.

Lemon in color this slightly-sparkling, petillant, wine has a nose of green and red apple, pear, citrus peel, white grape and underipe white peach.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied wine is bursting with green-fruit flavors suggested on the nose as well as medium-plus-to-high- acidity.

The fruit and acidity are in balance.

Along with slight bubbles that cling to the inside of your glass, this wine is refreshing and reveals chenin blanc’s tart, sour, zesty character.

Ideal for pairing with seafood.

Bottle Note: 100% Chenin blanc. A ripe friendly style, showing quince, anise and pear tartine notes. Traditionally accompanies white meats, fish and shellfish. Try it with lightly spiced dishes (saffron or curry), oriental dishes or with a wok.
