Tasting Note: A versatile dessert wine with tropical-fruit flavors that could be enjoyed both as an aperitif and as a dessert replacement.

Medium-intensity gold in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of dried mango, pineapple, fiji apple, dried pear, marmalade and blossom.

On the palate the sweet, medium-bodied Bordeaux is supported by medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose.

The wine has a creamy texture supported by medium-plus-acidity ultimately completing with a medium-plus finish.

Serve as a dessert course with gorgonzola, blue cheese and sliced dried apricot.

Bottle Note: Selection du Chateau. Grand Vin de Bordeaux.
