De Saint-Gall, Blanc de Blanc Extra Brut Grand Cru Champagne, France

Tasting Note: A Grand Cru Champagne with notable yeasty aromas and golden fruit that are the sparkling wine’s calling card.

Medium-intensity lemon-to-gold in color with small tight bubbles, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of brioche, toast, pear, green apple, quince, butter, lemon zest and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Grand Cru Champagne has yeasty, medium-plus-intensity, green-and-golden-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a medium-plus, lemon-zest finish.

There is complexity especially towards the middle-to-back palate.

A Champagne-lover’s bubbly.

Bottle Note: The remarkable location of our terroirs in the Côte des Blanc has allowed Champage de Saint Gall to set the standard for chardonnay. This unique and exceptional supply of grapes can be found in our range of Blanc de Blancs Champagnes widely renowned for precision and quality.
