Tasting Note: A Champagne with lots of toasty notes and racy acidity.

Medium-intensity lemon in color with tight, small bubbles, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of brioche, golden apple, toast, bosc pear, blossom and bread dough.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied Champagne has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by high acidity and completing with a medium-plus finish.

The sparkling wine is balanced, and has a midpalate complexity and a pleasing, bracing acidity.
