Domaine Bousquet, Pinot Noir – Chardonnay Brut, Tupungato, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina
Tasting Note: If you fall in love with the color, then you’ll likely enjoy this easygoing sparkling wine.
Pale-intensity salmon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of strawberry, red cherry, blossom and brioche.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sparkling wine has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium finish.
The wine is straightforward in taste and is good in its dimension.
Would definitely pick up again.
Bottle Note: Domaine Bouquet combines the knowhow of French winemaking with the exceptional climate and terroir of Argentina. The vineyard is located in the Andean foothills at 1,200 meters above sea level. The temperature amplitude helps to obtain ripened grapes with excellent acidity. The grapes are handpicked and the vineyard is certified organic.
