Tasting Note: A sauvignon blanc that retains the grape’s classic herbaceousness paired with ripe, orchard fruit.

Pale-intensity lemon-green in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of white peach, golden apple and starfruit with hints of freshly-cut grass and lemon zest.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied sauvignon blanc has medium intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a citrusy, medium-plush finish.

A good, straightforward sauvignon blanc that is true to the grape.

Bottle Note: “By nourishing the land and treating it with respect, we know that the land will give us back its finest fruits.” – Anne Bousquet. Land: By the Andes Mountains at 4,000 ft. altitude. Climate: High thermal amplitude contributes obtaining fully-ripened grapes with excellent acidity. Grapes: 100% made with organically produced grapes. Taste: Lime and apple aromas. Balanced with crisp natural acidity.
