Tasting Note: A solid mid-week cabernet sauvignon that will give you the characteristic black fruit in an accessible and pleasant style that will pair well with a variety of dishes.

Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of blackberry, black plum, vanilla baking spice, boysenberry, red cherry and violet blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied cabernet sauvignon has medium-intensity, black-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and ripe, medium tannin.

A good, straightforward cabernet with a touch of oak that gives it more body.

Bottle Note: “By nourishing the land and treating it with respect, we know that the land will give us back its finest fruits.” – Anne Bousquet. Land: By the Andes Mountains at 4,000 ft. altitude. Climate: High thermal amplitude contributes obtaining fully-ripened grapes with excellent acidity. Grapes: 100% made with organically produced grapes. Taste: Fresh and clean with berry aromas and flavors. Medium body.
