Tasting Note: A sparkling Vouvray with alluring aromatics and ripe fruit.

Medium-intensity gold in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of green apple, ripe pear, quince, white peach and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sparkling Vouvray has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a tart, lemon-citrus-infused, medium-plus finish.

There are some candied-pear notes and orange-citrus peel running throughout the wine.
