Domaine La Garancière, Séguret Blanc 2017, Cotes du Rhône Villages, France
Tasting Note: A white Rhône blend with an attractive nose and complexity.
Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of bruised-green-apple slice, pear, Sweetheart’s candy, lemon-citrus and hay with a hint of grass.
On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied white blend has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium-plus finish.
The wine has a somewhat creamy texture with a complex midpalate and welcome rustic notes revealing old-world expressiveness.
