Tasting Note: A lighter-styled Bourgueil rosé that allows you to taste hints of cabernet franc.

Medium—intensity salmon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of red cherry, strawberry, forest floor and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied rosé has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium finish.

The wine is straightforward and good in its dimension.

Would pair well with many a meal including the sautéed cabbage I’m having with it tonight.
