Domaine Rolet Père & Fils, Crémant Du Jura Blanc Brut 2011, France

Tasting Note: A crémant from Jura that impresses with wonderful, buttery, brioche flavors and a fulsome body your palate will appreciate.

Medium-intensity lemon in color with tight-to-medium-sized bubbles, this wine has a pronounced-intensity, aromatic nose of quince, brioche, bosc pear, green apple, caramel, honeysuckle and lightly-browned toast.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied crémant presents buttery, medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity completing with a creamy, brioche-filled, medium-plus finish.

There is lemon-citrus-tinged, midpalate complexity and brightness to the yeast character that pleases the senses.
