Tasting Note: Delicious, wine-geek cat nip.

Get ready to start loving sparkling riesling from the Mosel; especially this rare, zero-dosage riesling.

Medium-intensity gold in color, this wine has a nose of fresh-golden-apple slice, ripe pear, nectarine and lemon zest with some biscuit and petrol notes.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus bodied riesling has a creamy texture, prickled with fine bubbles that contrast with and highlight the high acidity.

Fruit flavors suggested on the nose are slightly more prominent on the palate and are in balance with the acid structure.

Bottle Note: Handpicked grapes from steep blue slate slopes in the Mosel valley. Made in Germany with care and love by the Immich family. Traditional bottle fermentation, three years on the yeast, hand riddled and hand disgorged. Disgorgement Date: July 13, 2017.
