Tasting Note: A sparkling riesling that shows the grape is just as at home in sparkling form as it is in still form.

Pale-intensity lemon-green in color this wine has a medium-intensity nose of young-granny-smith apple, white blossom and brioche with some hints of petrol and toast.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sparkling riesling has medium-intensity, green-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a medium-plus finish.

The wine is bright, clean, steely and would make a nice porch-sipper in summer months including as a nice aperitif.

Bottle Note: Hand-picked grapes from steep blue slate slopes in the Mosel valley. Made in Germany with care and love by the Immich family. Traditional bottle fermentation, three years on the lees, ridding and disgorgement by hand. Disgorgement Date: September 24, 2018.
