The Infinite 3, Chenin Blanc 2016, Coastal Region, South Africa
Tasting Note: Drink the color yellow with this ultimate of most-limited releases that has personality and structure.
Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a nose of green apple, ripe-yellow pear, white blossom and honeysuckle bud.
On the palate the dry, chenin blanc is medium-plus in acidity with concentrated flavor intensity and depth of flavor that is demonstrative of indigenous-yeast fermentation.
The wine well balances acidity with its yellow-fruit components.
