Tasting Note: A predominately petit-verdot-backed Bordeaux or meritage that would be an interesting product offering for the larger Lodi region to experiment with and potentially embrace as this wine shows the blend’s promise.

This ruby-colored blend of petit verdot (52%), cabernet sauvignon (41%) and malbec (7%) has a candied red fruit nose with red cherry and soft cedar notes on top.

The wine is reminiscent of franc’s red fruit nose.

On the palate the wine shows elegance with a concentrated texture.
