Tasting Note: A deep, perfumed Julienas gamay that has pleasing depth of flavor and concentration; definitely not your push-over gamay.

Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of black plum, red cherry, raspberry, violet bud, bramble and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied gamay is replete with medium-plus-intensity black-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and ripe, medium tannin.

There is midpalate complexity, and a balanced floral and fruit character.
