Lini 910, Labrusca Lambrusco Rosso, Emilia-Romagna, Italy
Tasting Note: A straightforward Lambrusco that’s perfect for those who prefer a dry, rather than off-dry sparkling red.
Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of fresh red plum, red cherry, kirsch, blackberry, blossom, violet and strawberry.
On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Lambrusco delivers red-and-black fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity.
The wine is steely in texture with tart-fruit flavors running along the length of the taste.
Well-made and would provide a nice counter-point to a number of dishes.
Bottle Note: The Lini Family is proud to celebrate a century of satisfying the most demanding palates. Lini Lambrusco has been produced for four generations in Emilia-Romagna, home to many of Italy’s finest culinary achievements.
